Our media relations campaign combines traditional print media with online exposure including various human resources web sites.
We work with media in each of Oasis' 18 markets across the country to generate coverage on the company and its products and services. Executives and clients of Oasis have been quoted in such publications as the Kansas City Business Journal, NJ Biz, San Francisco Times, Jacksonville Business Journal, Dallas Business Journal, Sarasota Herald-Tribune and First Monday discussing a variety of HR and staffing-related issues.
In addition to media outreach in Oasis' markets, we also proactively target Oasis' vertical markets, including medical, legal, manufacturing, hospitality and accounting. The last component of our media relations outreach includes business and local media. Throughout our relationship with Oasis, we have achieved significant success establishing Oasis as one of South Florida's premier privately-held companies. The company has been featured multiple times in local media, including the Miami Herald, Sun-Sentinel, Palm Beach Post and South Florida Business Journal, as well as in such business publications as Smart Business.
Along with media relations, Boardroom Communications also works on coordinating and promoting Oasis' charitable endeavors, including its commitment to Junior Achievement and annual holiday party that donates significant funds to local charities.
We also have successfully nominated the company and its executives for awards including the South Florida Business Journal's CFO of the Year, Business of the Year and Excellence in HR Awards.

Description: Spherion is a national corporation that delivers recruitment, outsourcing and technology solutions to enhance workplace performance. With hundreds of offices around the country, Spherion is a FORTUNE 1000 half-billion dollar company with tremendous reach and services.
Goal: Provide familiarity with Spherion and its business units in markets throughout the country.
Success: Boardroom Communications was remarkably successful in its campaign to provide familiarity with Spherion in its numerous markets throughout the fifty states. By devising a strategy of seizing upon the monthly statistics dispersed by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Boardroom Communications created a systematic and successful program. We offered local Spherion executives to the publications in all areas, to position the executives as experts and make the business public more aware of the company than ever before.
In tandem with the BLS campaign, we pitched bylined articles and placed columns in business publications throughout the country, again placing the executive authors as experts in the field of human resources, recruitment and staffing. We also targeted certain trade publications, such as accounting and engineering, and arranged for interviews with knowledge management in these industries.
This strategy was successful from coast to coast as the San Jose Mercury News (California) and Newsday (New York) and the Boston Globe (Massachusetts) and Grand Rapids Journal (Michigan) and many more all used Spherion executives in their stories. National trade publications such as Chemical Engineering, IEEE Spectrum and Internet World also quoted Spherion management.
These combined efforts have borne fruit as Spherion's name is more widely recognized, Spherion executives are better known and highly respected, and understanding of the company has been elevated.
