Teresa Shum
TERESA SHUM, Publicist, is skilled in social media, event planning and media relations. She primarily works with clients in the non-profit, retail and law sectors.
Prior to joining Boardroom, Teresa attended the University of Florida and worked with University Relations to launch a campaign for the Student Experience in the Research University (SERU) survey. She handled and managed all social media accounts and designed print materials for the campaign.
Teresa also served as a Sports Reporter for WUFT-TV in Gainesville, covering university sporting events, interviews and press conferences. In addition, she held an internship with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mid-Florida, where she worked as an event coordinator.
Teresa graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida, with minors in Education and Sport Management.
