Boardroom Communications' founder
and president, has a history of innovation and client service.
From the early days of her communications career, Julie has had one goal: To be the top resource for creative media and publicity. Julie began as an intern on CNN’s national assignment desk in Washington, D.C. and as a writer and associate producer for its award-winning show, Crossfire. As a 22-year-old business reporter, she founded and produced the Florida Business Report, the first statewide business radio show, eventually syndicated on 30 stations. Julie later left to direct public relations for J.T. Moran Financial, a 20-office, $100 million New York investment banking firm.
At the age of 25 she started Boardroom Communications to provide exceptional media coverage to a wide variety of clients in industries focusing on the legal, real estate, banking, corporate, retail, education and non-profit sectors. Today, she is in the National Register's Who's Who in Executives and Professionals, has earned the prestigious "Up and Comer" and "Forty Under Forty" Award from the South Florida Business Journal, and has repeatedly been named a Finalist for the publication’s Businesswoman of the Year and Company of the Year.
Boardroom also has been listed as a Top-25 woman-owned business by the Women’s Business Journal. Dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives, Julie serves as a board member of Florida’s Children First, the state's most influential child advocacy organization, the Worklife Balance Institute of Balance Magazine and Margaux's Miracle Foundation. Under her leadership, her firm provides pro bono P.R. services to Florida’s Children First, Broward Legal Aid and Margaux’s Miracle Foundation. In 2007, Boardroom sponsored the Boys and Girls Club Dollars and Strikes Night at the Marlins game and Julie and her family sponsored JAFCO's annual Hanukkah party at the Children's Village. A South Florida native, she attended Boston University and graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Journalism. |

Executive Chief Operating Officer, brings 25-plus
years of successful public relations and marketing management experience
to the firm.
Don's contacts with top-tier business, technology and trade publications
have generated impressive media for the firm's clients. With numerous
public companies as clients, Don has experience in media relations,
financial relations and crisis communications. He sits on the board
of directors of the Gold Coast Venture Club as Vice President of
Communications; the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI),
South Florida Chapter, charged with communications; and Broward
Partnership for the Homeless, where he is Chairman the Marketing
Committee. Prior to joining Boardroom, he held senior-level management
positions with two consumer products companies. As national sales
manage at Forster Manufacturing, Don introduced five new product
lines helping the company gain national prominence in the sporting
goods, hardware and craft markets. Don also held management positions
with Duracell , USA for more than a decade. A native of South Florida
, Don received a B.B.A. in Marketing and Physical Distribution from
Florida Atlantic University. |

Executive Vice President, specializes in crisis
communications and media training and has created media campaigns
for some of the firm's highest profile clients.
Prior to entering the public relations field, Todd worked for
16 years in the television news business at the local and network
levels. He served as an Executive Producer for WPLG-TV in Miami,
Florida where he spearheaded coverage for major news events including
the Pope's historic visit to Cuba and the Democratic and Republican
political conventions. He covered the historic Presidential election
recount in Florida and South Florida connections to the World Trade
Center bombing for ABC News. Todd also worked at WJBK-TV, a CBS
affiliate in Detroit, Michigan and was nominated for a regional
Emmy award for one of his 11 p.m. newscasts. Todd began his television
career in Sarasota, Florida as an on-air anchor/reporter, producer,
and later as News Director for an ABC affiliate. He currently chairman
of the board of the Weston Business Chamber of Commerce, a board
member of Florida's Children First, and an advisory board member
for the Seafarer's House. Todd graduated with a B.S. degree in Broadcast
News from the University Florida in 1984. He is married to Channel
10 anchorwoman Kristi Krueger and has two young children |

Vice President, has more
than 20 years experience in business-to-business public relations
and strategic planning.
Caren is adept at writing a wide variety of public relations materials
from brochures, newsletters and company bylines to corporate speeches
and audio-video voice-overs. Caren represents numerous high profile
companies, including high-tech and Internet firms,travel and tourism
accounts, and medical technology. Caren's experience includes trade
show representation, employee relations, product rollout, crisis
management and media relations. While in New York, she was a group
supervisor, with clients including cable companies, audio-video
manufacturers and shipping lines, both formulating and executing
all aspects of the public relations campaign. She graduated from
the University of Pennsylvania and was a Benjamin Franklin scholar. |

Senior Account Executive, specializes in media relations, with an emphasis on professional services, healthcare, retail and real estate.
Her extensive experience in these industries allow her to handle a variety of client needs ranging from case publicity, press conferences and crisis communications to trade show representation and product unveilings. In addition, she is responsible for developing strategy, messaging and managing her account teams and their operation.
She engages in regular contact with top-tier media such as the Associated Press, New York Times and USA Today to secure feature coverage for her clients. Jennifer is active within the community with organizations such as the Legal Marketing Association and Public Relations Society of America, and serves on the board of Margaux’s Miracle, a non-profit organization dedicated to the eradication of all childhood cancer. She graduated with honors from the University of Florida where she earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Public Relations. |

Beth is co-chair of Club Red, the American Red Cross of Broward County’s young professionals networking group, and is a member of the Gold Coast PR Council. Prior to joining the firm, Beth worked at Venture Productions, ITV and Enteraktion.net on behalf of NBC 6. She graduated with honors from Florida Atlantic University where she earned a Bachelors of Arts in communications with a specialty of television productions and is a member of Lambda Pi Eta the national communication honor society. |

She is an experienced public relations

marketing department of the Regional Workforce Board in Ocala, Florida.
She also organized special events and wrote weekly columns for two
local newspapers. Tracy has a Bachelor’s degree in public

She is experienced in media relations, community relations, fundraising, event production, visual communications and writing for a wide variety of public relations materials. Her clients include retailers, real estate developers, law firms, schools and non-profit organizations.
