Gregg Ruth, Louis Glick, William Levine, Concord and many
others. Levinson's staff is well educated and knowledgeable,
and includes GIA certified jewelers. Owners Mark and Robin
Levinson travel the world seeking the most precious jewels
and unique items to provide to their discerning clientele.
Goal: Provide national exposure about Levinson
Jewelers, its management, its extraordinary product line and
it positive works, while also generating local attention,
interest and traffic.
Strategy/Success: Levinson Jewelers has seen
an extraordinary rise in its public visibility. The jewelry
industry has paid tremendous attention to Levinson, with articles
in JCK, Southern Jewelry News, Watch and Clock Review, Professional
Jeweler, National Jeweler, Modern Jeweler, Chronos, American
Time, and In Store Magazine. These prestigious publications
have written about Levinson Jewelers not just once, but many
times. The articles have featured the excellence of the company,
and how an independent jeweler has found its niche in what
has become a market dominated by chain stores and franchises.
The local press as well, has given air time and much ink to
Levinson, its extraordinary line of jewels and watches, its
spokespersons, Dan and Claire Marino (national celebrities),
and its management, Robin and Mark Levinson. From the society
pages to the business pages, from television to magazines,
every local media outlet now covers Levinson due to Boardroom's
proactive stance. The coverage is frequently accompanied by
product photos, showing the fine line of jewelry at Levinson
Jewelers.
Additionally, Boardroom Communications has been instrumental
in creating a chapter of NAFE, the National Association for
Female Executives for Levinson President, Robin Levinson.
This has provided recognition for her as a powerful woman
in business, adding additional information for the media as
well as for women at large. We had done this for one of our
Miami client company presidents and Robin Levinson was so
impressed, she asked us to do the same for her.
The community relations element is a significant part of the
Levinson campaign. We work strategically with the executives
in their support of such important organizations as the Dan
Mariono Foundation, Junior Achievement, the Miami Dolphins
Foundation and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
We assist in the arrangements and generate the maximum exposure
for the numerous events and activities in which Levinson Jewelers
participates. Our involvement helps with the smooth running
and the positive outcome of the company's significant community
relations arm.
